Sales Management

Managing sales is all about managing your sales pipeline. Sales professionals have 3 basic tasks to perform - they need to fill their pipeline with real deals that can be won, they need to be able to manage their pipeline to make sure they are working on the right deals at the right time and they then need to close the deals to maximise their commission.
The 3GB system provides numerous tools for you to customise and design your specific sales pipeline and sales process in order for you to maximise your sales.
The Sales Pineline
he 3GBusiness sales process is totally configurable, with the ability of adding as many Sales Pipeline Statuses, Actions and Case Requirements as required. It is also possible to create multiple sales departments with different sales processes per department.

Case Status
A Status is a specific stage in the sales process. The Status of a Case can be changed by a user or an Action Event. Status can be configured to reflect the basic Explore, Define, Propose & Close OR can be configured to the actual sales process stages of the business or industry.
Case Requirements
A case requirement is a task required to be completed, usually triggered as a successor to a status change and without a specific date to be completed. Some case requirements are required to be completed before a status change is possible. An example of a Case Requirement could be verify customer ID, verify payment received etc. You can add Case Requirements to specific status, when the status is changed to that specific status the system will automatically generate the Case Requirements for that Status. Case requirements can also be added manually and you can also create your own custom ones on the fly.
Actions
An Action can be described as a manual or automated task that needs to be carried out by a specific date. Actions can be created within workflow configuration. Default Actions normally have a purpose, like call customer, run a Letter or SMS a Client. Custom actions can be set to perform an Event straight away (once run). Actions can also be used to achieve specialisation and division of labour whereby a sales person that is good at selling can allocate admin tasks to the admin department.
