The Company Calender enables you to view, manage and edit all system calendars. You are able to manage Company, Team, Users and customer calendars. The 3GB Company Calendar is the only Calendar system that allows you to view your customer's calendar. By opening a customer file -> calendar screen and selecting Customer Calendar, you are able to view all Historical and Future appointments that ANYONE within your organisation has booked with that customer.
Users with the correct security level can view, manage and edit other user's calendar. Combined with the event manager the company calendar becomes a powerful business tool not seen in any other system. The ability to automatically generate calendar events, the ability to automatically notify (via SMS or Email) meeting participants at specific times.
Not only does the 3GB Company Calendar help manage all the company events and appointments it also enables you and your staff to manage personal events and appointments. E.g. Holidays, doctors appointments sick days etc.
