3G Job System - Jobs, Matters, Policies & Services

The 3G Job System is designed for professional services companies that provide numerous Jobs, Services or Projects to the same customers or clients. The Main Job Screen provides you a view of all the jobs at the company, team or user level (dependant on security rights). It enables you to manage and track all sales and accounting information down at the Job Level.

CRM Customer Management

Upon opening a customer file or record you are provided with the Job Tracking Screen which is a complete list of all jobs specific to that customer/record.  It is a simple to use system which enables you to break away from managing jobs within your accounting platform. You select the job and all the related information is immediately available. (Configurable to each individual user’s information requirements)

 

Upon selecting a specific job you are provided with the following detailed information, which is similar to the main 3G Case Management system:

3G Job System - Manage Jobs, Services, Matters or Policies
Job Details - Add detailed information; job type, job name, job ref no., site details, job contacts and addresses, introducer, quote no’s, start dates, end dates, invoice numbers invoice amounts, Job Owner plus much more.
Job Notes & Comments - Enables you track and share comments on each job
Job Workflow - Provides configurable Status and Actions specific to a Job Type, which enables you to configure multiple workflow processes specific to a job type.
Job e-Docs - Auto manage all documents created, auto-generated, attached, sent and received down to the specific job. Combined with the system templates the Job e-Docs provides a number of powerful sales automation capabilities.
Time & Material - Manage time & materials within each specific job.
Accounts – Generate sales invoices and sales receipts directly within the job, view all due and overdue and then export directly into your accounting package. (minimising duplication of effort)
5 configurable user tabs - enabling you to design the fields of data you require.
