Database Integrated Unified Messaging

Database Integrated Unified Messaging means that all messages sent to a customer and from that customer are AUTOMATICLLY stored in that customers database file. All messages sent from everyone within the 3GB organisation and all messages received from that customer by anybody within the 3GB organisation are automatically saved in that customers database file and managed by the 3GB Unified Messaging System. (i.e. Email, Fax, SMS & VMS) This enables everybody within the 3GBusiness to view the ENTIRE correspondence within the customer file. (Based on Permission Rights)

e-Docs

The customer e-Docs section automatically managers all documents created, auto-generated, attached, sent and received within the customer file. It is uniquely different that it automatically managers all received email attachments and fax's, automatically labelling, cataloguing and categorising directly within the customer file. It is important to note that there are two parts to the e-Doc system, company and customer centric. Customer centric is a view of all documents specific to that particular customer and the associated contacts, company centric are all company generic templates, brochures,letters and reference documentation.
